Human Meteor
The giant form of Genghis Khan has ordered his men to attack American ships providing supplies for Russia and China for the war effort. Overhearing these commands is a spy working for Wah Le. Although the spy is briefly imprisoned, he manages to escape and warn Wah Le of the Khan’s latest scheme. Wah Le then contacts his American ally, Duke O’Dowd. Tippd off, O’Dowd uses his job as a taxi driver to pick up a military officer in order to learn the rout the supply ship is taking. Picking up Toby, his boy sidekick, Duke then changes into the Human Meteor and both fly out to the Pacific where they find Genghis Khan’s ships.
The enemy spots them and tries to shoot the Human Meteor out of the sky. Although they fail, Toby falls off his back and is forced to parachute onto one of the enemy ships where he is quickly taken prisoner. Despite this, the Human Meteor manages to destroy the enemy ships and rescue Toby from captivity. The last of the ships is sunk when Duke unleashes the radium power from the belt that gives him his power. With the danger over, the American ships are able to continue across their trade route. With their mission accomplished, the Human Meteor flies back to the United States where he resumes his civilian identity.
