After a mission in England, the Amazing Man gets a warning that the Nazis are planning an imminent attack on the United States. He and his ally, Zona Henderson, quickly get on a plane to deal with this new threat. Meanwhile, Mister Que sends a message to the President of the United States demanding the immediate surrender of the country or else he will destroy the island of Hawaii. Getting this message, President Roosevelt and the rest of the government refuses to bow down to a tyrant and prepare for an attack. Still flying across the Atlantic, the Amazing-Man hears radio reports of these latest developments.

The military bases in Hawaii are on full alert however they are caught off guard when a sneak attack comes out of a massive black cloud in the sky. This attack decimates the entire island of Hawaii. With a successful attack, Mister Que then threatens to destroy San Francisco next. Arriving in California, the Amazing-Man is present when a Nazi agent papers the area with written warnings of the attack from a plane. The hero manages to get aboard the plane and forces it down. Searching the plane he finds a strange oxygen mask inside. When they are taking the captured soldier back to base, some of Mister Que’s minions tries to crash their car by pushing a bolder on it. When Aman goes after them but is hit from behind and tossed into a river that leads to a waterfall.

Revived by the water, the Amazing-Man swims to shore and spotting a passing plane turns into the green mist to commandeer it. Then using the oxygen mask he took off the Nazi agent flies into the massive black cloud in the sky. Inside he is surprised to find a massive airship within that acts as the staging ground for Mister Que’s invasions. Spotted, the hero is attacked and Mister Que smashes his oxygen mask. The thin air weakens Aman long enough for the Nazis to knock him out and tie him to a bomb that is dropped over San Francisco. Revived by the air, Aman breaks free and tosses the bomb back at the massive cloud. This drestorys the airship and the fleeing Nazi aircraft are shot out of the sky the arriving American fighter planes. Trying to escape in a plane, Mister Que is stopped by Aman, but the villain manages to teleport away before the hero can capture him.
